What visitors actually read.
These figures are collected anonymously as people move through the research themes: which theme they open, whether they arrived on it directly, and how long the page is actively on screen. No names, accounts or identifiers are recorded — only counts and reading time.

How it is measured
A visit is counted when someone opens a theme page. A "landing" means the theme page was the first page they opened on the site — they arrived from a search engine, a shared link or elsewhere.
Reading time only counts while the page is actively on screen. Switching to another tab — for example to read a policy document — pauses the timer, so the figures reflect attention on the page itself rather than an open browser tab.
The numbers update roughly once a minute and are fully anonymous: nothing here can be traced back to an individual visitor.
